HS80 High Strength Grout

M-Pro HS80 is a non-shrink grout, supplied in 20kg bags. It is designed for deep pours in excess of 100mm, where a high strength is required. HS80 is a formulation of graded sands, natural aggregates, cement, and specialised admixtures to provide a high level of workability and a high compressive strength. HS80 is formulated to provide ample working time when mixed and placed at a flowable consistency. Material requires can be mixed and or pumped in small or larger amounts depending on the project. Technical Data
MPRO Grouts are produced in an ISO 9001 quality-controlled environment and produced in a factory controlled environment. Our masonry mortars are produced in Australia using local ingredients. MPRO Grouts are available in a range of strength classes to suit your specification. Integrated retarding agents are available upon request.

Storage:
Metsel Plastic bags should be stored unopened, undercover from rain and clear from the ground.

APPLICATIONS

HS80 is used for deep pour grouting applications with voids or clearances of 100mm or greater including:

• Structures where high strength is required for loading
• Wind Turbine Foundations, Piles and Annuluses greater than 100mm
• Rock Socket grouting where the rock void sizes are unknown
• Deep Pour structural void filling
