MPRO Floor Bulk Fill is a self compacting sand and cement-based screed. It is rapid setting and shrinkage compensated. It can be applied from 10mm up to 100mm thick in a single pour and can be covered with flooring materials 24 hours after installation.
MPRO Floor Bulk Fill has been formulated to achieve high early strengths to allow foot traffic after 2 hours and floor coverings to be installed in 24 to 36 hours.
Technical Data
MPRO Floor levellers are produced in an ISO 9001 quality-controlled environment and produced in a factory controlled environment. Our masonry mortars are produced in Australia using local ingredients. MPRO Floor levellers are available in a range of strength classes to suit your specification. Integrated retarding agents are available upon request.
Storage:
Metsel Plastic bags should be stored unopened, undercover from rain and clear from the ground.
MPRO Floor Bulk Fill is used in the following applications,
- Build up concrete levels
- Installation of ramps
- Falls in wet areas
- Repairs to concrete slabs and floors
Product Use
Suitable for use in temperatures between +3°C and +35°C. Mix 20kg of 4.5 and 5.0 Litres of clean potable water to achieve a workable homogeneous mix.
Mixing Instructions
MPRO bulk fill is pourable or trowelable with high early strength and smooth texture. MPRO bulk fill has the same properties as concrete once cured.
- In a clean bucket place 75% of the required water
- Add 70% of the Cemfloor powder into the bucket and mix for 1 minute
- Add remaining 25% of water into the bucket
- While mixing add the remaining 30% of the material into the bucket
- Mix for a minimum of 3 Minutes or until homogenous.
