M-PRO HS80- BB  is supplied in 1 tonne bulk bags for large scale grouting projects to achieve higher productivity and reduce exposure to silica dust. HS80-BB is a high strength (>80Mpa), dual expanding, Class C structural grout. It is designed to undergo controlled expansion when in the plastic state, with no shrinkage occurring in the hardened state. It is ideal  for deep pours in excess of 100mm, where a high final strength is required. HS80-BB is a formulation of graded sands natural aggregates, cement, and specialised admixtures to provide a high level of workability and a high compressive strength

M-PRO HS80- BB  is supplied in 1 tonne Bulk Bags, suitable for the following applications:

• Large Grouting Projects where large volumes are been produced for continuous grout pours
• Structures where a high final strength is required
• Wind Turbine Foundations, Piles and Annuluses greater than 100mm
• Rock Socket grouting where the rock void sizes are unknown
• Deep Pour structural void filling
• Applications requiring high compressive strengths.

Mixing & Pumping 

HS80-BB can be mixed and pumped using continuous mixers, batch for batch grout pumps and grout stations. It is essential that the correct equipment is used for Bulk Bag loading.  A dry hopper with capacity to hold in excess of 1 tonne is required. A forced-action pan mixer or continuous mixer type is necessary to form a homogenous mix. The pumps can be either Stator Rotor or Piston. The correct pump output is also necessary to ensure a mixed batch can be discharged at the same rate as mixing. A provision for wet holding hopper with auger agitation may also be required depending on the configuration

The selected water content should be accurately measured, by way of water meter or similar, into the mixer. While mixing, slowly add the total contents of the HS80-BB bulk bag. Mix ensuring a smooth, even consistency is obtained.
