SHB 40

MPRO Repair SHB 40 is a high strength (>40Mpa) and super high build trowelable repair mortar. It is designed to provide an easy to use and high strength repair for concrete and masonry repairs.

MPRO SHB 40 has been formulated to achieve high early strengths with low water addition levels with good adhesion properties.

Technical Data
MPRO Repair mortars are produced in an ISO 9001 quality-controlled environment and produced in a factory controlled environment. Our masonry mortars are produced in Australia using local ingredients. MPRO Repair mortars are available in a range of strength classes to suit your specification. Integrated retarding agents are available upon request.

Storage:
Metsel Plastic bags should be stored unopened, undercover from rain and clear from the ground.

MPRO Repair Mortar SHS 40 is suitable for the following applications,

• Shotcrete and pumpable
• Beam and panel repairs
• Tunnel patching
• Precast patching and repairs
• Retaining walls

Product Use
Suitable for use in temperatures between +3°C and +35°C. Mix 20kg of 2.6 and 3.0 Litres of clean potable water to achieve a workable homogeneous mix.

Mixing Instructions

• In a clean bucket place 75% of required water
• Add 70% of the GT 80 powder into the bucket and mix for 1 minute
• Add remaining 25% of water into bucket
• While mixing add the remaining 30% of the material into the bucket
• Mix for a minimum of 3 Minutes or until homogenous.
